Clamp-on smart devices — temperature for Legionella and scald, humidity and dewpoint for damp/mould, flow and pressure for leaks — no cutting, no shutoff, density matched to your risk profile.

Go-live
One working day on site. Smart devices stream from install; your live record in BlueMetric OS from day seven — every reading, certificate and dispatch in one place.

Risk assessment
Annual water-risk assessment to the relevant ACoP L8 and HSG274 standards for your site — a written scheme of control, audit-ready.
Lab sampling
Routine Legionella sampling processed by accredited partner laboratories to ISO 11731. Results sealed straight into your evidence chain.
Remediation
Dosing, flushing, TMV servicing, calorifier cleans — triggered by smart-device data or scheduled by the assessment, delivered by certified engineers.
Device upkeep
We own and maintain the smart devices — calibration, batteries, end-of-life swaps. Operating expense, no CapEx on your books.
