Response. Certified technicians dispatched on threshold breach: within 4 business hours for urgent matters and within 48 business hours for non-urgent matters.

Remote shut-off valves and auto-flush are part of the standard offering, deployed where the risk profile justifies them. Quantum and necessity per site subject to final contract.

Relevant assessments and tests apply per scope, where applicable — e.g. ACoP L8 risk assessment (Legionella), TMV service and fail-safe test (scald), damp/mould assessment for social housing, and leak/flow monitoring (escape of water).

Pilot, then scale

Run the operating model on one representative building. Low-cost. If it works, we roll across the portfolio together.
