Remote shut-off valves and auto-flush are part of the standard offering, deployed where the risk profile justifies them; quantum and necessity per site subject to final contract.

Value Creation Team. Once you're live, a dedicated team stays with you — quarterly reviews, data analysis that flags issues before they surface, and support with board and investor reporting. We own the outcome alongside you, not just the installation.

Annual programme. Installation and commissioning, annual water-risk assessment, routine lab sampling and an allowance of Engineer Hours — all within scope.

Response. Certified technicians dispatched on threshold breach: within 4 business hours for urgent matters and within 48 business hours for non-urgent matters.

Assessments apply per scope — ACoP L8 (Legionella), damp/mould assessment for social housing (Mould), leak/flow monitoring (Leaks), TMV fail-safe (Scald). Lab confirmation via accredited partner laboratories.
